'CSA' stands for 'Community Supported Agriculture'. CSA models differ somewhat from farm to farm, but in general terms members sign-up and pay in advance for a share of produce during the growing season. The up-front commitment from members allows the farmer to more efficiently and effectively grow his/her crops. Meanwhile, the members learn a bit more about local food systems and receive the best fresh food in season.
EXCITING NEWS FOR 2008:
We now offer both a Fruit Share and a Veggie Share.

If you would be interested in hosting a pickup site in 2009, please email us. This is an option for either homeowners willing to use their front porch or garage for the weekly pickup, or small business/shop owners willing to have people stop in their shop to pick up their weekly share.

made me much less likely to search for cookies, cake or ice cream in the evening."
