Christine Burke

The mission of Christine’s art is to tell a story, inspire people and stir emotions within them.   The process of transforming a blank canvas into a story that comes from the soul is a magical experience. She sees painting as a time of surrendering - allowing something to move through her.  Christine’s art and art instruction explore the relationship between art and healing. She uses vibrant color acrylics to create paintings of children, landscapes and surrealism.

Christine, artist and author, started drawing and doodling as soon as she could hold a pencil.

Christine uses acrylic on panel to create whimsical, fun, happy art that tells a story. Her works are displayed in art galleries throughout the Delaware Valley, and she has exhibited at several juried shows, including The Chadds Ford Art Show.

She has written (and illustrated) two books: “A Dream Inside” for children, and the new inspiring book “The Well-Nourished Artist” (which weaves together nourishment for both soul and body). She is a certified health coach and enjoys teaching others how to live their creativity.
