Just in time for great summertime gatherings!

Enjoy an entry level baking class and learn how to make focaccia (a flat Italian bread) with our resident farmer and baker extraordinaire, Karen! Students will go home with a focaccia recipe and the dough they made in class (to be baked at home). 

Sample a couple varieties of focaccia that we bake while the class is running and go home with a recipe and the dough you made in class (to be baked and 'decorated' at home).
