Kitchen Arts: Mozzerella & Fresh Cheese Magic

It may seem like some sort of alchemy to turn dairy into cheese but it’s easier than you think! In this family-friendly class you how to turn a gallon of milk into tasty, tasty mozzarella using tools you likely already have in your kitchen. We will close the class by snacking on a variety of easy to make soft cheeses with recipes provided of course!

Children approximately 5 years of age and older are welcome to attend with an adult, provided they’re mature enough to be mindful in a kitchen setting.
