Care & Storage:
Store broccoli in the refrigerator in a plastic bag or airtight container. It’ll last for a few days to a week or more.

Don’t throw away the stems! Broccoli stems are tasty and tender - slice or chop them up and cook them with the florets. Eaten raw, broccoli is delicious in salads, or for dipping (kids often like this - a creamy salad dressing makes a perfect dip).
