Stored in the fridge, cabbage will keep for up to a couple months. You can easily cut off small parts of the cabbage and save the rest for future meals!

Cabbage can be used raw, steamed, stir fried, or added to soups and stews. Make sure you don’t overcook cabbage - that’s when it develops the strong odor and flavor people often associate with it. Lightly cooked, it is deliciously sweet and will add a bit of texture to any dish.
