Cider
Our cider is fresh pressed each week during fall using our own fruit. It is flash pasteurized and has no preservatives added, so it is great to drink fresh or make hard cider with (if you’re into that kind of thing!).
Refrigerate after purchase, and it will keep up to a week or 10 days. Cider can also be frozen for year-round use (or if you can’t drink it all very fast) . Make sure you pour a couple inches out of the top of the jug before you put it in the freezer to prevent leakage when the cider expands as it freezes.
Apple Cider:
Made with our own apples, each batch (with the exception of our Gold Rush varietal cider in the fall) is made of a mix of apple varieties, and each blend is carefully crafted for the best possible flavor. Enjoy it cold, spiced and heated, spiked, or to use with many fantastic recipes. Check in with us each week for the blend and flavor characteristics!
Asian Pear Cider:
Asian pear cider is light-bodied and super sweet, making it a favorite among kids and for those with a sweet tooth. Made entirely with our own Asian pears, it is also great to spike with your favorite ‘adult’ beverage, and is luscious when spiced and heated.
Cider
Our cider is fresh pressed every week from our own fruit. We make both apple cider and Asian pear cider.
Grapes
We grow a variety of seedless table grapes, which have been selected for their exceptional flavor and quality.
Grapes should be refrigerated after purchase, and will last for a few days, up to a week or longer (especially if you keep them in a plastic bag or airtight container in the fridge). Grapes also freeze beautifully! Remove them from the stem and pop them into freezer bags. Then eat them partially or fully thawed in winter or add them to your favorite recipes (pies, crisps, or your morning oatmeal).
Jupiter:
Deliciously sweet, with an almost musky flavor. Large and with tender skins; these are super-addictive! This is our favorite variety to use in cooking or for freezing for over winter. They make awesome jam/jelly, too!

Marquis:
A white seedless variety with large berries on large clusters. Excellent flavor.
Everest:
A seedless Concord-type offering large flavorful berries with attractive blue coloring. Soft, juicy, and distinctly flavorful.

We grow a variety of table grapes, both seedless and seeded. All have been selected for their exceptional flavor and quality.
Jars of Deliciousness
Our jarred goods contain only fruit and cider; they have no added sugar or spices, and they don’t need them! Great fruit makes the great flavor – you’ll be amazed!
Unopened jars can be stored in the cupboard for more than a year. Opened butters, refrigerated, should last for several months; opened applesauce should be refrigerated and will last about a week to 10 days.
Apple Butter:
Our apple butter is made entirely with our own apples, and nothing but apples. It is delicious mixed with oatmeal, yogurt, or cottage cheese, used as a spread on toast or a muffin, or eaten by the spoonful.
Asian Pear Butter:
Our Asian pear butter is made with 100% NSO Asian pears, and has no added sugar. Naturally sweet and with a complex carmelized flavor, it’s delicious on top of winter squash and sweet potatoes, as a topping for toast, bagels, or pancakes. Stir some into plain or vanilla yogurt for an amazing treat. If you’re creative, it’s a great ingredient in homemade salad dressings and marinades for meat. A favorite around here: mix half and half with Dijon-style mustard for an absolutely fantastic pretzel dip!
Cider Apple Sauce:
Rather than cooking our apples down in water to make sauce, we cook them down in apple cider – hence the name, Cider Apple Sauce. No added sugar or spices for a purely super-rich apple flavor! Delicious for plain eating, mixing with oatmeal, and cooking.
