Crimson Gold

Crimson Gold

Small, sweet-tart, finely textured apple with a strong fruity flavor reminiscent of wineberries and pink Starburst candies. From Albert Etter’s breeding program, originally called “Little Rosybloom,” circa 1944. This is the old variety of Crimson Gold from California, not the newer variety by the same name from Europe. Ripens in early November.
